IQF tunnel freezers, also known as quick freezer machines, are widely used in frozen French fries production lines as well as other frozen vegetable and fruit processing lines. IQF technology ensures that foods such as fruits, French fries, vegetables, seafood, and diced or sliced meats retain their shape, colour, flavour and texture by freezing them piece by piece. In a frozen French fries production plant, the IQF tunnel freezer is usually located between the chiller and the packaging machine.
