Working Principle of Spiral Blanching Machine
The spiral blanching machine is designed based on the principle of hot water bleaching, and the inner part of the machine consists of spiral conveying device, water tank, heating system, automatic temperature control unit and drainage device.
In the operation process, the raw materials are sent into the spiral channel through the conveying device, and slowly advance in the hot water tank according to the spiral track. The equipment keeps the water temperature stable through electric heating or steam system, so that the materials can complete uniform rinsing within the set time. The spiral structure ensures that the raw materials are fully tumbled, so that their surfaces are heated uniformly. There is a discharge port at the end of the fruit vegetable blanching machine to connect with the cooling section, which can be used in conjunction with downstream equipment such as cooling machine and air dryer to form a complete French fries production line.
