Frozen Vegetable Manufacturing Process

  1. Vegetable selection and cleaning: Vegetables into the frozen vegetable processing plant, the first choice of high-quality vegetables to ensure that the quality of good, non-rotting.   4. Cooling: After blanching, the vegetables need to be cooled quickly to keep their freshness. Then they will enter the quick freezing machine for freezing, which saves a lot of energy and labor.
  5. Quick-freezing: After cooling the vegetables into the quick-freezing link. Tunnel freezer through the strong cold air on the surface of the vegetables fast icing, the formation of small uniform ice crystals, minimize cell damage.
